Our story

Surette Condiments was created in 2017 by Cyril Gonzales and Alexander Cruz, with the ambition of making a balsamic made from Quebec apples and encouraging the use of local condiments. We source only North American ingredients and build direct links and friendly relationships with local producers, to value their artisanal work and unique know-how. Awarded prizes at prestigious culinary events and competitions in North America and internationally, such as the Great Taste Awards in London and Sirha in Lyon, our artisanal vinegars and balsamics are concocted from different blends of young and old cider vinegar and apple must, to offer unique and authentic flavors. Our master blender and his team are experts in the field, and their know-how, combined with the quality of our raw materials, enhances the value of these products, the know-how of our local artisans and gives our blends their distinctive, balanced taste.
