This balsamic is made from a blend of cider vinegars, old and young, pure Quebec maple syrup and cooked apple must.
It has aromas of fruity vinegar balanced by the sweetness of apple and maple syrup.
An exceptional balsamic perfect for both sweet and savory recipes, or even lengthened with a little cold water.
